All content and designs on the website are the property of LA CASHMERE a subdivision of Lisbeth Andersen Aps and must not be copied or reproduced by others.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Your are always welcome to pick up your order at the LA CASMERE office in Rungsted Kyst. Please call +45 42 23 11 20 to make an appointment.
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email.
We aim to send out orders within 24-48 hours.
RETURNS
If you wish to return an item you may do so within 14 days of ordering. The item must be unused and undamaged. You can either drop it off at our office or send it back by mail. Please email us at contact@la-cashmere.com to arrange the return.
CARING FOR YOUR CASHMERE
- We recommend gentle hand wash with a cashmere shampoo or detergent for delicates, using only cold water.
- Gently press out excess water, taking care not to wring the garment.
- Lay flat on a clean towel, roll it up and let the towel absorb moisture.
- Lastly, leave to dry flat, carefully arranging the garment in it’s natural shape.
- If your garment has embroidery, take care not to pull at it or let the beads get caught in the knit.
